not mine but cool car, not sure how nice but those wheels would be cool on a mid 70's Cutlass. IMO

Very cool! Too bad it is in Tacoma. If it were in TX or OK I would at least go look at it. Those SS IVs are cool wheels. You don't see them very often.

They look good on that car, my 1st thought was buy the car for the wheels then I wouldn't want to part with the car.
I don't have a use for either one right now.

Yes Olds64 is right. Those were steel wheels that had the rubberized compound molded to them, as he said factory SS IV designation. They were full sized cars only and are not very common. John

They were produced by Motor Wheel and sold by Olds as Super Stock IV wheels in 15x7" 5x5 bolt pattern for '71-72 88 & 98 series only.
Motor Wheel also sold them directly to the public as the Motor Wheel Exiter and offered them in 14 and 15" sizes with various bolt patterns.
Obviously the OEM Olds wheels had a rocket emblem center cap, while the Exiters had a Motor Wheel emblem.

Correct. I would like to find some in good condition for my 71 98; however, you can buy a new set of Cragar SS for about $600 so it would be hard justifying spending alot on the SSIVs or Motor Wheel Exiters.
