Just got an email from the owner in N. California offering it to me first. He has a business opportunity he needs cash for. I'm not in position to get it but said I would put the word out. Says its unchanged from when it left me $27,000 OBO

Me too. I would love to have it back just just not in the cards right now. I did tell him to give my contact info to whoever gets it in case down the road its for sale again and I have the $$.
