But muscle car lovers tend to flock together... this one's a 1969 Javelin AMX drag car.

As listed:
Clean body with very little rust. 70 front clip. What you see is what you get... Some interior, Nice Air-Grabber hood. Was SS/KA car a long time ago. Minitubbed only, no cage! No drivetrain. Price is firm. Todd 712 256 0972

Only $2,000!

Here's a great ole girl in need of a loving owner:

This is probably one of those cars that someone will pick up fpr 2k, put 30k into it and find out its some old rare race car now worth 200k, I love these cars, I just know much about them.

IMO the AMX was undervalued and underappreciated by the majority of car buyers in the late 60s and early 70s. That would be a neat car to build for fun. Don't know about AM parts availability, but if the body is really good, it's just a question of planning it out right and then building what you want. Love the color scheme; I believe that's how it would have left the factory.

Very underrated in deed they tore up the trans am racing circuit. http://www.amx-perience.com/TransAmRacing1968.htm That being said parts for these sweet lil buggers will be harder to find than Oldsmobile parts. When AMC started wining the Trans am, Ford and Chevy quit leading to the races demise.

Very Nice, I would own it if I didnt have a garage full of unfinished projects and a drive way full of future projects. Parts are a b$#&* to find for them...
