Huh. This looks like the silver car in the desert southwest that was from Pittsburgh originally. I thought he had a buyer lined up months ago and that the car was going to be headed east...

I just dropped a note to my friend who intended to buy it - he said he lost touch with the owner. I just sent him his number.

According to the owner. The car had been in California and Nevada only.

If it's this same car (and I'm sure it is), it was purchased in Pittsburgh new by a female owner and then went out west decades ago. My friend who was looking to buy it last year was going to store it near me for a couple months before taking it to the east coast and was going to show it to her while it was here. Hope that plan still works out.

The car is sold subject to receipt of funds. I just spoke to the owner. Going to Alberta, Canada.

Documented with a window sticker he found under the back seat (I'm guessing its a Broadcast Card) that showed it was a W31.

You sure it's not going to Vancouver?

And still no idea of the price? Anyone with an educated guess what the current unrestored value would be?

After speaking with the owner. He stated the car was sent to California in 1970. The original owner sold it in 1972. And the current owner purchased it from the 2nd owner a year ago.
