Update:
I went and looked at the car this AM. It is a nice looking car but will require a full resto for sure. It has rust issues around the windshield, bottom of windshield and also the header panel. The dash in the radio area has been cut as well to fit the aftermarket unit. The floors are solid and trunk area is ok. Something with the VIN tag doesn't look right to me????
The 455 is from a 1973, VIN derivative - 33MXXXXXX with GA heads....., 1972 carb , 7042251, has its original 70 OG tranny. The trans still has the black OG tag on the passenger side. I couldn't find the code on the rear end as it is coated with grime etc.....
Also, it's another "Z" coded car on the cowl tag and yet again a Canadian Connection.
The car spent a lot of time down in NC but has always been registered up here in Ontario.
