Agreed, most people will probably just move on. You should try to post your images within the ad regardless of where you're running it. You'll get better results.

ok relax

first off, I do have recent pictures as of November 2024. The reference to 'Ideal Classics ' in Florida is to give someone a library of pictures so they have an idea of the vehicle. having a stroke 6 months ago, did slow me down which effected my entire right side. having been right hand dominant all my life, and learning to now function with my left is quite challenging. sorry If someone becomes serious to purchase, relax cupcakes, I can supply a few more updated pictures. dal442

I'm sorry you had a stroke, but don't jump down our throats because we didn't know something we couldn't possibly have known.

Second, it's not so easy to find your car. I googled "Ideal Classics," which I've never heard of, and all I could find was a site called "Ideal Classic Cars," which is apparently not it because I can't find a 1981 Toronado there. So I don' t know where it is.

In the space that you posted the name of the site, you could just as easily have posted a LINK to the site. If you can type "cupcakes," which is insulting, you can type the link, stroke or not.

You want to sell your car? Don't start by insulting your potential customers.

You have to click on the "SOLD" cars to find pics of his car at the Ideal site.

Where did he say that you needed to do this? He said he purchased the car there in 2022, but I assumed that, since he said to go to that site to see photos of his car that he is trying to sell, the car was listed for sale there again.

It would never have occurred to me that photos of a car that was sold two years ago would still be on the site of this or any car-selling website.

I can't read minds.

Next time, do it in a nicer tone of voice. Your post sounded like you were implying I was a dolt for not realizing I had to click on "sold."

I didn't take it that way. Probably why my wife keeps accusing me of being insensitive.

I didn't post it in any tone of voice. Again, I was just trying to help anyone trying to find the pictures. If you read it with the incorrect assumed intention, well we all know about assumptions...

Everyone have a great Thanksgiving (insert cheerful tone of voice here)!
