1977 Cutlass Supreme ***SOLD***

X2 ,
Dan, you listed your 77 for a very good price. I've seen these cars going for much more up here in Canada. It seems the 73-77 year Olds are really coming to life now that the 68-72's are picked over and usually out of most car guys budgets. I really hope someone here buys your car, would be nice to keep it here on CO.
I hope all is well, all the best with your sale.

Thanks. A man drove by today to look at it. He was wondering about the mileage and doubted that it was original. I replied that I really thought it was because of the condition of the car overall and he pointed out the wear on the brake pedal speaks to the age. I agreed and said look again, it is non-existent. At any rate, he then asked why I am selling and I said I need a bigger car, maybe a 98 or 88, early 70's. He said maybe we could trade that he had a '72 or '77 Toro (how can someone not know the year?). I replied to bring it over and we can look at it. That happens today maybe. Oh well. I hope I have not overpriced it. I want to be fair, you have a point about the mid seventies coming into their own now. Down here in the states the inner-city people seem to like to put big 22" wheels/tires on them and loud speakers and make the ghetto cruisers. I hope this one doesn't end up like that.

The idiot that questioned the originality of your car should give his head a shake, he won't find a nicer 77 cutlass for that price.
He obviously doesn't know much about cars since he didn't know what he actually owned.
I'd hold firm on your price, it may be tuff to sell before Christmas and possibly a few months after.
I think if you hold firm and it doesn't sell, you may be surprised and get a couple grand more in the spring.
All the best with your sale

No not yet. I am re-listing it. The Craigslist posting has of course expired. I need to get more pics. Even the ones on this site have been deleted due to my in-attention so I will have to get some more posted soon. I assure everyone, this car is a good buy at this price. Call or text or reply to me. I will probably answer any texts on my phone first.

I wish I had the room Dan!! The car is a steal at that price. 76/77's projects are listing up to $5k now. I really hope a member here or over on the new 73-77forum buys it.
I'd like to see it kept here.
