Not mine, but dang, wish it was. No underhood pics, but might be worth contacting the owner if you're in the market for a full size Olds. Posted 2 weeks ago as of 21Nov2023

Nice enough, and in an inoffensive color combination that works good in hot summers.

That's not leather. Standard issue 1975 Doeskin grain vinyl. Also trying to figure out how he raises and lowers the top since there's no top switch in the dash. I'd also want assurance that scissor top mechanism is tight and functions right. They're a PITA at best and one not working well gets expensive.

340hp out of a 1975 455? It was rated 180 in Cutlass and Delta. Even the Toronado carried only 230, and it's hard to figure where they found 50 extra horsepower from the same basic engine.

But if it's priced realistically it could make someone a really nice summer cruiser.

If I had the extra discretionary funds, I can overlook all of those obvious "lack of actual knowledge" descriptive elements and take a little jaunt to J'ville to go over it and ultimately strike a deal. I always wanted a ragtop Olds full size cruiser...

Probably a scam since no price is listed. If someone goes to look at it definitely meet the owner someplace public, or better yet a local police station.

I would take my wife with me to run the video recording, I would check all docs, check the titled owner against the driver license of the person selling it, take a Florida Bill of Sale form and get witnessed signatures all on camera.

With my Colt on my hip. And her Walther on hers.

Well, that sux that ya can’t get any info. Same thing happened to me with a guy in Daytona about an Omega. He never replied to me a year and a half ago then I saw it again recently. He finally replied. He has no Olds clue. Maybe I’ll get it from him when he just needs it gone
