The paint shop owner may make an agreement with a buyer to keep the restoration at his shop but that is between the shop and the buyer, not me.

I also have a 20,000 mile 1970 Delta 88 Holiday Coupe that looks pretty close to perfect, but it is a 350 car. Asking $10K.
