1967 98 LS powered by 400 E engine

I have for sale my 1967 Olds 98. The C headed 400 engine in this car may interest a buyer. The engine has been in this car for 40+ years to the best of my knowledge. Two older gentlemen owners for it's first 39 years. Engine runs perfect, car drives great. I wouldn't be afraid to take it on a 1000 mile trip. If one is serious about buying it I will tell you more over the phone, too much to type. Now about the car, painted 2006. New vynal top, rechromed rear bumper, new mint fender skirts. Body, floors, trunk great shape. Less than 1500 miles on tires. Never hot rodded. The reason I am selling is I have way too many cars. I am planning on being at the Carnation Mall Oldsmobile meet tomorrow. Come and see for yourself. Engine would only need fresh paint to be ready for a 442. My first option is to sell the car sell with the engine in it. I am asking $8,500. This car/engine runs great. Buy it and drive it home, switch the engines. I could have sold this car many times to urban guys that don't know the difference between Olds engines. Not to often does one get a chance at a great running virgin 400 E engine. If it doesn't sell my second option will be to put a 350 in her and sell to an urban guy. If I pull the engine, it will NOT be for sale. Come and see it tomorrow. I have B heads I'll include with full price. PM me if you are interested and can't make the show, we'll talk on the phone. Ken
