I have a customer looking for something like that. What kind of shape is the body, floors, and frame rust wise? How negotiable on price?

I think you find this out when you make an offer.

It was a joke, and no I'm not.

But *I* wouldn't list a car for sale at a certain price and then immediately undercut myself by saying that I'll take less without an offer on the table. What would be the point of posting an asking price? What obligation would the person asking about a lower price have to actually make an offer if the answer is yes? None. So I, as a seller, would have hurt my bargaining position for nothing.

Cash talks. If someone is interested in a car I have for sale, make me an offer, show me you're serious, and then we can negotiate. Until then, you're just a tire-kicker like everyone else.
