77-79 Delta 88 Bumper

Having the hardest time finding a bumper for my 78 Delta 88 Sedan. I've looked in every salvage yard within at least 50 mile radius of Norfolk, Va. I know I can use a bumper from same year Olds 98 and Custom cruiser but still no luck.

Wagon rear bumper is different and pretty sure Ninety Eight may be too. Fronts are the same.

Deltakid, J will do you right on the parts if he has it. The "coffin" he shipped my dash pad in was the talk of that small rural post office last week!

You need to search over a much wider area. Nationally would be a good idea. There are several online used parts search sites. Just google "used auto parts" or something similar, and a number of links will pop up.

I needed a front bumper for my '73 Custom Cruiser. I found one this way in Minnesota and had it shipped to me in Ohio.

I have at least 4 rear bumpers for this car. Good original condition, Austin, Tx location, they are heavy so shipping will be an expense.

Those cars along with the 76-77 Cutlass mostly had no bumper or a wooden 2x8 strapped on the back by about 1980 around here in Michigan! Most rusted off!! I would imagine they are hard to find 40 years later...
