I just want to put out there how great Mark was to deal with on an order that took 2 months to receive, thanks to the post office! It was just a small order that I put in around thanksgiving for $24. After a month of no-show & the tracking # showing it was in package purgatory in Akron Oh. since Nov30. He offered to send another order out at no charge but I told him no problem, it wasn't anything I really had to have(a couple of decals & an alt stamp) & I was fine waiting for it. Mark kept in touch on a regular basis via email & phone. It finally showed up yesterday!! He just emailed me this morning confirming the delivery & then goes ahead & refunds ALL the $$ for the order, since he felt bad that it took so long!!! Who does that???? Now I feel bad!!! If you read this Thanks again Mark!!!
