Purchased a pair of interior trim pieces and they arrived damaged. There was insurance on the items but the seller refused refund my payment and refused to cooperate and put in a claim for the items with USPS despite several texts back and forth and now refuses to reply at all. I have brought this issue and the entire text conversations to a moderator here and he has tried to contact the individual to no avail.
