Ben is the Real Deal. I reached out to him, unexpected, through PM with a question about his seat rebuild kits. He got back to me within a day or so, having not been on C.O. for a while. He put together one of his famous kits, boxed it up, and it arrived two or three days later via USPS Priority mail. Everything is included except for the skin, foam, and frame.
