I have been in other conversations with another person on this site about topics beyond this thread or even this site. He has been in touch with Olds Performance within the last week or so. He does not want to say anything until he knows if things are going to work out. Maybe Olds Performance has turned the corner. Back when I originally posted here you could not find anything online about them, now you can.

Im afraid he also got me, about 2 years ago ive ordered ported 350 heads oilpump and lots of other parts... Ive paid about 3500 k and im still trying to get my stuff... Witch is hard because i also live in the netherlands.

How can you do something about sutch things.
Unfortunately due to Canadian law it is very difficult to do anything unless you are in Canada. If you are already at two years you are likely past the statute of limitations. Like me, it is unlikely that you will get your money back. Eventually someone in Canada will file charges or a lawsuit and the rest of us will pile on, hopefully sending Cliff and Shawn to jail. Until then we all need to look for ways to make him famous so that anyone that searches will find enough to discourage them.

Looks like the Olds Performance website has been taken down, Cliff's Facebook page has been wiped, as well as his LinkedIn. Never did find much info on Shawn but it seems they have gone into hiding. A previous thread indicated they many have opened under a new business name but I could not verify this. If you find them or if you need any support let me know.
I had a 455 built by them. After about one tank of fuel it started knocking. I took it apart and discovered it spun the number one rod bearing and flattened it . It had oil pressure issues from day one. To say I was disappointed would be a gigantic understatement. I'm presently awaiting a local reputable builder to be available but he has a very long wait list which I take to be a good sign. Wish I knew about them the first time.

Good luck with your suit, If you have current emails and phone numbers for Cliff you should pass them around. There are several people on this site that can corroborate that Cliff and Shawn are scammers and thieves.
