Next project?

OK here's what I'm thinking.

Delta is most likey totalled, so in about a year pending on $$$ I'm thinking about buying a late 90's early 00's Bravada and using this as my DD and putting the Alero on rec. use and putting "Classic" insurance.

After the Bravada turns 15, I'm going to do a V8 swap. Yes it will be a SBC, but since they have corprate GM motors to begin with I figure that's OK. At this time I will buy a new DD as well.

Then when my son turns 12 to 14, a nice father-son project will be to build a nice Olds 455 then pick a car out to drop it into, like a G body Cutlass, or something like that. But right now an SUV to cart around the baby would be a good thing

Sound good.

BTW I will probabaly run the Bravada stock in points before the swap

Sounds like a plan although I sure wish you could make an SBO fit in that Bravada instead.

It's tight. I don't think a SBO would fit being so wide.

It's not like I'm taking an 86 Cutlass and dropping a SBC in it, that I wouldn't do.

Plus the biuld I plan on doing with a 455 or another 350, will be when I have a house with a garage. I know I could build the engine myself. It's just tools like the pistion ring thingy and such that I do not have
