Cause/solution to dragging brakes

1972 D88, sat for eight years. Got car running, brakes are stuck just enough to hold car in place at idle but car will move with minimal application of power. Master cylinder is full. Pedal is firm. Best way to resolve this issue? Thanks. PFA.

Check/replace all three of the flexible rubber brake lines. Pull the wheels and see if the adjusters are setup properly, check the wheel cylinders, adjust brake shoes.

After sitting for 8 years, pull the drums and look for things that shouldn't be there, such as mouse nests and such.

Assuming the car has front discs, I wonder if the rotors might be rusty from non-use and therefore are dragging on the pads. If that's the case, it should free up after a bit of use and the pads polish the rust off.

They are. All 1970-up full size came with front disc as standard equipment.
