Wilwood calipers

I'm looking at getting Wilwood's Dynalite 4 pistion calipers for my 70 cutlass. I notice on their conversion kits it comes with a mounting bracket in it, and also saying the calipers are 5.25" lug mount. I'm not too good with disc brakes since I've only had to deal with drums so if anyone has any info whether I need their specific bracket or hope a stock bracket would work.

If these are fixed calipers (and four-piston calipers tend to be fixed) they almost certainly will not work with the stock brackets for the sliding single piston calipers.
