Stuck front wheels

I've got a 1970 Toro parts car I need to move that has been outside for a while. The front wheels won't roll where it did before putting it outside. If it's not just rust keeping them from rolling, is there a easy way to free up the calipers without total disassembly? I only need to move this thing 50 ft but it has to go 90 degrees from where it's at so I hate to drag it.

It may just be the pads are stuck to the rotors. You may have to take it apart to free them. You can also use a floor jack on the front and drag it to where you want to go.

It's outside on gravel so it's not an option. I put roller tires on it and hooked it to my bravada to move and saw the skid marks. I was hoping it would break them free. Of course not. Now it's raining after no rain in weeks. It always gets better.

Unfortunately you know the answer to this... Wheels have to come off and then the calipers. Break the bleeders loose and remove them.
