Question Rear drum to disc on 70 cutlass s

I'm thinking of trying to convert my rear drum to disc. I have front disc now and wanted to make disc all around.
wondering if anyone out there has done this, how they did it, was it effective and did you have any problems?
I think there are some kits out there $$, is there any other way of doing this by swapping a rear from somewhere? I also have a peg leg so in the process of this I was hoping to swap a posi rear with disc.
Any thoughts?

Thanks Oldsmorat, Good link. looks like a good variety of kits. Didn't see many prices though.
The other thing I was trying to accomplish is making it posi.

Not to thread jack, but does the above mentioned kit fit under stock 14x7 wheels with bolt on caps?

TIA
