Power to Manual brakes

Power to Manual brakes
The previous owner of my 1970 W-31 installed a power brake booster, master cylinder and vacuum canister. I want to convert back to the manual brakes. I've found a ton of places that sell the 1-1/8" piston version but no one yet that sells the 1" piston version. Will the larger piston version work? Who sells the smaller piston version?
