If you have drum brakes, the bleeder valves are directly above the inlet for the brake line at the backing plate. You will need to bleed at least the front two wheels.

I found it as well the other three...I bled all the others except the other front.....My pedal is stiff when the car is off but as soon as I start it the pedal goes soft.

Why would you not bleed the other front?...Because you did not is most likely why the pedal goes to the floor. If you bleed all the brakes properly and there are no leaks and the pedal still goes to the floor the master cylinder is shot.

You only needed to bleed the front. (unless you ran the naster cylinder dry from the brake line.) If you bled the back, then you will have to bleed all four from the start. The procedure is rr,lr,rf,lf. If you still have issues after this, Oldsmaniac is right.
