enough for disc conv
hey olds nation!!!!! i have a gentleman wanting to sell me the following parts for a disc brake conversion from a 69 442: a arms, spindles, rotors, powerbrake boster just like they were unbolteted from frame. do i need the a arms to convert. what about the backing plates and the caliper brackets. he is asking $200.00 thanks

that is write all you need is the spindles caliper brackets calipers hose brackets proportioning valve and master cylinder that is what i paid for mine a few years ago.
i have disc brakes off of a 70 it had a one piston caliper instead of the 68 that had 2 piston calipers. actually i think i have another set from a 68 442 just the spindles rotors backing plates caliper brackets and just one caliper i don't have the prop. valve or master

ya i found the 70 disc set up first then paid 400 for a 68 442 basket case that had the disc brakes. i forgot i had those sitting around. the guy i got the car from was a basket case as well. i'll have to tell that story some time.
