Disc Conversion

Hello, I'm about to convert my all drum 70 cutlass S into all 4 disc brakes and was wondering what I should do about hard lines? I know there's a difference for the front but I don't know about the rear. I was given a Wilwood dynalite rear disc conversion kit and was going to get a kit for the front but they won't come with new hard lines.

You're not using factory parts, so you'll be custom-bending lines anyway.
