ABSOLUTELY NOT --- not a single 1957 Olds Brake Part is the same as a Chevy.....
The front wheel cylinders are 1957 - 1958 OLDS == only ==
The rear wheel cylinders are 1956 - 1958 OLDS == only ==
etc., etc.
The Master Cylinder is different, the brake hoses are different, the wheel bearings & seals are different, the brake shoes & size are different, the brake cables are different, the brake drums are VERY different.......
I have all the absolutely correct 1957 Olds Brake parts in stock -- all of the aforementioned items!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Best to call me -- Craig -- 516 - 485 - 1935.....New York.

thanx for the info I did not realize ther was that large of a difference huge learning curve here ,but i am up for it going to do frame off restoration to both vehicles ,amazing how sturdy the bodies are, nothing like working on a 60s car with rotted out frames,they sure built these like tanks!

1957 olds & chevy
This being an OLDSmobile web site -- I did not discuss the fact that I have all of those parts for a 1957 Chevy also.
(The Chevy parts are considerably less expensive, too.)
(Sorry Olds Men -- as the old expression goes "they are what they are --
they ain't what they ain't.)
While the price is important -- the parts being 100% correct is MOST IMPORTANT.................
