brake line replacement question

I have a 64 lemans I am working on. I just took off the brake line that runs from front to back. I am having alot of difficulty with bolt that is on the back end of the line where it mounts to the rear crossmember. The bolt if rusted and pretty rounded off, I just tried using a closed end wrench but even that pretty much travels around the bolt, any tips for getting this thing off.

Is it a bolt or the thread nut on the brake line. If its a bolt, they sell sockets that get stripped bolts off. Used them my self on rounded bolts. Got one that was very tight on it and hammered it on, to get a tight fit. Worked good for me. If it is the nut , I would squirt WD-40 on it , couple times a day, for a couple days, and the put some vice-grip pliers on it, and see if that takes it off.
