71-72 prop valve rebuild
Is this rebuildable? I see the exploded view in the CSM but not sure if it would just need new O rings. Has anyone rebuilt one?

Yes, it can be rebuilt, and yes, it's just the o-rings - ASSUMING the cast iron bore isn't pitted. That's the real problem with these.
