Window cranks up 3/4 then tips in

The drivers window (manual) on my '73 S suddenly only cranks up 3/4 of the way then hits resistance and the top starts to tip inward. I've pulled the interior panels, have the fisher body manual for 73's but cannot visualize what's going on behind the door panel. Anyone have any ideas. I can physically slide the window front to back a bit over and inch while its in the down position through the holes in the door panel, which doesn't seem right. I hesitate to pull the mechanism out but think that's where I'm heading.
Thanks in advance.

Check all of the window guide rollers inside the door while you have the door panel off.

Guide wheel disintegrated

On further inspection, the one guide wheel on this window has disintegrated and the post pulled out of the track. (picture attached) Any tips on pulling windows? I imagine I will have to retrofit a wheel from something else to fit the post and the guide track. Unless someone has a spare lying around. A nickels worth of plastic. AAAAAARRRRRRRRRRGGGGGGHHHHH!!!!!!!!!
