Back quarter panel

I am repairing my 69 Olds Cutlass Supreme. I am taking an autobody class at my local college. My instructor said we can make this piece but it would be better if I cut it out from another one and weld it in. Does any one a wrecked car that could cut this piece out that I outlined? If so, how much?
Thanks,
Dean

Sadly that's all too common with vinyl tops. You'll be money ahead if you just buy a complete used quarter panel from a rust-free western car. Be sure the seller cuts the panel above the factory seam to the roof. This will allow you to weld the new panel in at the factory spot welds, providing a much better finished product. While it will be a good learning experience, trying to patch in just that section will result in a warped and buckled quarter panel from the heat unless you're Ron Covell.
