There are no 68 OEM convertible quarter panels. All you will find is aftermarket quarter panel skins for a coupe which will need to be modified. You can get the skins anywhere because they are all made in taiwan or china. Do a search for 68 cutlass quarter panels. I brought a set from Tabco dot com which are made in the usa and are similar to the original sheet metal thickness but they are hard to come by last I heard. Not a pro just sharing my experience from when I was trying to locate quarter for my 68 vert.

As for the floor pans, I THINK you can use any 68-72 floor pans to make those repairs. You will also probably need the 68 cutlass coupe outer wheel housing if quarters are bad. And they also need to be modified to work on a convertible.

Good Luck with your project.

Your best bet is rust free used sheet metal from the desert southwest. All other options are Chinesium.

Good Luck with your project.
I ended up using most of a Tabco & some OEM on one side and an old, but nice OEM on the other when I did both of mine. My OEMs came from NE in the 1990's. Tabcos are USA made and much better as far as thickness, but I had to wait a long time to get one (IIRC, 6-8 months)

Call Tabco and find out if they have any & if not, when they'll be making more.
