Hi Guys, I'm new here, and what a great place! I just picked up a 71 Cutlass convertible with 46,000 miles on it...not sure if it's accurate or not but anyway I have some metal work ahead of me...Where is the Best place to purchase quarters, metal patch pieces, etc? Seems that many places offer the patches BUT...SHIPPING IS ALMOST AS MUCH AS THE PART!!..anyplace offer reasonable shipping charges? I'm in Massachusetts, thanks, Dan....also I'm not going to do a frame off resto, what do you guys suggest I put on the frame to protect it? ...it has surface rust on it now.Thankyou!

 

I think your best bet is Fusick's. They are located in Conn. You could drive.

Thanks Larry, I have heard that Sherman makes good parts..do you know? Are they all similar quality? I'll check out that company you mentioned, thankyou.

 

Don't know about Sherman. All Fusick's does is sell olds parts and probably has the best rep. for quality and service.
