where to get a hood for a 69 442

Alright guys where can I purchase a ram air hood that will bolt on to a 69 442. I have looked around and all I can find are 70 or later model hoods that will need some modifying for it to fit my 69. I guess what I am asking is do they even make an aftermarket ram air hood for a 69 and if they do where? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

hoods r the same?

I believe the 70 and 69 hoods r the same the difference is in the middle "tooth" on the front of the hood it is longer on a 70 so you need to use a 69 tooth and trim
The 69 never had the ram air hood the Hurst olds had add on scoops the other cars with ram air had under bumper front scoops . I have seen these hoods put on 69s so they will boltup

You have to modify the core support.
There is a thread or two on just this subject.
I don't know how to even find it to post, but I will try.
If you hunt for the thread, I'm sure you will find it.

Ya I looked at Thornton but I don't think I want to spend that much. 2500 is a little steep.
