how should i clean underneath the roof to remove the insulation. and how should i get it out from under the headliner supports (dont know exactly what there called).
i pulled most of if off that all ready didn't fall off but i dont how to get the rest.
any suggestions.

 

You could use a plastic ice scraper so you don't gouge the metal. Then paint with Rustoleum.

 

the scraper worked good for the large area but what about up under the frame?
