Replace or repair?

My driver has some rust, would it be better to replace it or repair?

It don't look that bad, I would repair it unless you are looking for a concours restore. As long as the outside of the door looks good, nobody sees the inside.

No bad - I say try to repair it first. Once you grind out the rust, see what you have left. I am thinking you will have enough left to weld in some small hand-cut patch panels and make it look nice again. If you cannot weld them, try to find someone who can.
When done, clean the inside well and paint it all with POR15 to prevent future rusting.
