John has a good point. Unfortunately, there aren't any manufacturers that reproduce patch panels for B and C bodies. The only options to repair rust on these is either fabricate your own or find a salvage car.

I'm doing a '70 Vista right now(Cutlass based)...we ordered the fender patches from I believe OPGI, and they weren't useable! Totally generic! The olds has a very sculpted wheel opening, and the patch wasn't close...you're better off finding solid used bottoms, and stitching them in! I got mine from John(2blu442)...probably cheaper that way also! Ask him if he has what you need!!!!

What part of the country do you live in? Yes I have extra sheetmetal and know at least a couple others on the board that do too. I'd encourage you to create a parts wanted ad, include your location or the nearest big city, add some pictures of your project. If someone close by has the parts it may be easier to just swap in some good doors rather than replace the skins.

Olds supplier Fusick Automotive refused to carry patch pannels b/c, as they told me, "They are total pieces of junk." Buy a quarter skin and weld it on if you are looking for new.

Virtually all of these patch panels are Chinesium, made by the same one or two factories. If you must use them, just look for the cheapest price. They're all the same. As for the door patches, solid rust free door shells run about $150 at Carlisle. You'll spend much more than that having a patch panel welded in, and it won't look anywhere near as nice.
