Original or aftermarket?🤔

I am going to be replacing the striker bolts and washers on my '72 Supreme, and while I like the idea of OEM, I ordered a set of these too.

What do you think?

I have a set of OEM but I'm liking the black ones.

Without any question of doubt I would install the metal striker bushing. If you elect to install a black (or other color) bushing consider there are two types of manufacturing plastic/rubber pieces relative to their color: (1) The manufactured plastic/rubber piece is cast with the color pigments embedded into the plastic/rubber; or, (2) the plastic/rubber piece was painted after it was cast without color pigments which in this case the painted color is surely to chip and lose its painted surface.

Well, I'm going with OEM...the black ones have no bushings and the washer has a loose fit compared to OEM...that as an easy decision.
