Door Handles Interchange

The handles on my 69 Delta Convertible are quite pitted. I cannot find any on line for replacement.

I did find a thread on line that the outside door handles for 1968-72 Oldsmobile Cutlass, F85, and 442s interchange with 1965-70 Olds 88/Ninety Eight (front doors).

I figure this might be a less expensive easier route than re-chroming what I have. Anyone in the know? If so can you recommend a PN?

Usually the only difference between similar models is the angle at which they mount. The holes almost all line up, & you can swap the rods on the back. But if you put a handle on from a different model it might lean up or down a bit.
I temporarily mounted 66 Caprice handles on my 66 Delta 88 to fit everything when doing the bodywork & everything was fine except they slanted down a little bit. Just check the angle of the door skin where the handles attach.
