Bumper Creativity

My bumpers have some rust and don't look the hottest. Any creative ideas as to how I could get them to look nice without buying new or spending a lot of money. I am not doing restore to original so I was thinking about just painting them black.

Do you have any pictures of them? If the rust isn't to bad they could clean up nicely!

Steel wool with soap and water, will take off most surface rust and make them shiney. For small dents, a block of wood and a BFH.
