I have an 84 98, and both front fenders have lower molding 4" x 10" with 2 each of this fastener. The protruding studs push through holes in the fender and snap hold the molding on. Anyone know where I can buy these? thanks Doug

 

Your best bet is to locate the part number molded somewhere on the clip and check a site like gmpartsdirect or similar. Failing that, try one of the clip vendors. These are going to be difficult to find, as they are not common and the car is not popular. Some vendors like Restoration Specialties has a large supply of obsolete clips. They can match a photo and part number.
