Any experience with water sand blasting?

I was told many years ago that water sand blasting was a great way to clean a frame while still on the car. I thought about that conversation this week and decided to google it and found alot of interesting you tube videos.

Anyone every use this on their car to remove paint?

I have never heard of this but wow that is impressive! Although I am curious as to how, even with the rust inhibitor, spraying bare metal with water is ok.

Years ago I was told about this by a charter member of the NCRS that is was a great way to do your frame on a Corvette if not separating it from the body (body on). He showed me where they use it to do the birdcage (C2) or A pillar, which is a common place for rust in the Corvette. In the Corvette you would need to cut the fender off to get to it and that just about kills an owner of a NO HIT body classic Corvette. I don't think I would even attempt to use it on the body even though they show removing anti-fowl bottom paint off of boats.

They did a U Tube video awhile back, blasted an old Impala in less than an hour. Several guys on the H.A.M.B. have given it great reviews.
