72 Cutlass Supreme Rear Fender Molds

Hey all,

I am trying to restore my first car which is a 1972 Oldsmobile Cutlass Supreme. The body is in very good condition however, i am missing a right fender mold for the wheel weld. If anyone knows where I can get one, i will greatly appreciate it!

I thought someone was reproducing the 70-72 non-Supreme wheel arch moldings, but I cannot remember who. I have a few used 72 Supreme pieces but no wheel arch mldgs.

I'll keep an eye out in JWO for you too- sometimes you'll find stuff like that in the classifieds.

I believe the repop places only sell full sets, but who knows you could always call and ask.

Fusicks has them. Page 17 in their catalog $299 for a full set.
Tamraz's sells them too. I just saw one of their ebay listings for $260 full set.

Or currently there is this guy on ebay that is selling just a right rear.

For 71,the Supreme body style is the concertible also, correct? How many trim types were there? If a wheel opening trim piece came off a convertible,is it the same as the Supreme? Thanks. ---bil

That's right Bil- all 70-72 converts were Supremes. 70-71 Supremes and SX have a wide diecast trim piece the length of the car that the wheel arch molding connects to. The wheel arch moldings are shorter and do not go all the way to the rocker area like the non-Supreme cars.

but on a 442 convertible they do go all the way down, I believe the repos are only full size style but you can cut them short to fit a Cutlass Supreme or Cutlass convertible
