64 Tail Light Trim Repair

Hello all
Any good advise on restoring the tail trim on my 64? Particularly the bubbles and pitting. The valance and tail light trim. Restoring the smooth areas with steel wool and polish I have a descent understanding on but I'm worried about making the corrosion bubbles/bumps look worse if a scrub at those.
Show me they way!

Or... If anybody has a clean set that they want to sell PM me

Thanks

Don't know about the panel between the tail lights , the chrome taillight trim I had re-chromed. on my 64 F-85 I used some plastic scratch remover and polished the red lenses with a little buffing wheel on a drill. Both pieces are original to the car.
