Can anyone tell me if the front splash pan is the same for a 64 and a 65?

 

A 64 and 65 WHAT? Cutlass? If that's your question, the front ends, grilles, bumpers, etc are completely different. Nothing interchanges.

 

My bad; I am refering to the Cutlass/F85. I know that the bumpers & grilles are different but wasn't sure about the splash pan. Is there any way to tell what year the splash pan goes with as I do not have one to compare to?

 

If by "splash pan" you mean the filler between the bottom of the grille and the top of the bumper, then once again Google Images is your friend. Note that 64 is straight across, 65 drops down under the headlights.
