1991 Delta hood hinge

Replacing the right side fender on a 91 88. What is the trick for getting the hood hinge lined up?

I don't understand, why would you take the hinges off?, I wouldn't need to on my H Body '87-91 Buick or Oldsmobile.

Really doesn't matter why. Needed to know how to get the hinge lined up with the fender holes.

We figured it out.
