1979 Holiday 88 inner fender question
I was wondering if the inner fender from a 80's Custom Cruiser, Caprice, or some other similar vehicle will fit my 1979 Oldsmobile Holiday 88. I know where there are a couple of those cars, the outer fenders are trash but the inners are nice. Mine has some pretty nasty rust holes. So yeah, what donor cars can I use for an inner fender? Don't even think about mentioning Goldie, my '77 may forfeit her tail lights, front bumper, dash plood panels, and a couple other bits, but I ain't gutting my beater to fix the '79. I like the '77 lights more than the '79's, and if the Holiday is going to be the fixer upper, then it's getting the parts I like.

The 1977-1979 cars have a different front end from the 1980-1990 cars, so I don't think they interchange. I do know that the Caprice inner fenders are metal and the Olds inner fenders are plastic.

Ah, damn was afraid of that. They only made this body style for three years, so I dunno where I am gonna find a inner fender. Weird that they left the dashboard unchanged from 77-84 in the sedans and 77-89 in the wagons, but changed the body style.

check Desert Valley Auto parts
I just looked at their inventory and see:
(2) 1979 Delta 88
(1) 1977 Delta 88
If you find someone parting out a 77-79 Ninety Eight, those are also interchangeable with the Delta 88 series.
