Just wondering if the 69 - 70 442 emblems are the same as the 1973 442 emblems?

I know some of them are slightly smaller, the nose numbers and maybe the trunk. Then the fender number should be the same. I'm only sure about the nose numbers so someone who does know for sure will have to clarify about the rest. Its been at least 15 years since I pulled a set of numbers off a 1973 442 in a bone yard. Now I wish I'd have snagged the whole car! John

I made the mistake of ordering re-po badges for my 1973 442 because the catalogue stated that 1969-72 interchanged with 1973. Wrong.

I ended up reusing my refreshed original badges.

When did you buy a 1973 442 George?

I haven't bought a 442. I saw the set of emblems at Oldsparts for a good price. I found a 442 front clip with the grilles intact for my 73 S so I figure I may want to add the emblems to the car.
