1964 Cutlass Inner to Outer Hood Material

Does anyone know what the "caulk" material is that is applied at various locations between the inner and outer hood to eliminate outer hood "flutter" ? Also, where is it available for purchase ?

use seam sealer, can be bought at auto paint supply or online

Today, two part epoxy panel bond would be a better choice.
