What all was painted body color under hood of 66 Cutlass. I assume firewall, what about wheelwells, core support and rest

You assume incorrectly. The only parts under the hood that are body color are the parts of the front fenders that are visible. The firewall, core support, and inner fenders are semi-gloss black, about 60% gloss.

 

... unless it's a Canadian car.

 

I know that applies to full size cars. I'm not sure about A-body cars.
