Lap belt location for 56 holiday

Hi folks.
interested in knowing what you think about these anchor locations for the front bench seat.

im guessing it is better to route the left side belt outside of the plastic. Interesting in knowing where others have anchored the bench belts for the front.

Here's what I did. I did not want to damage the very brittle plastic seat corners.

I am going to lose a lot of sleep imagining what you did.

Question about rear bench. How do you remove the upper rear bench seat and where did you mount your belts?
Thanks,
Brian

Brian, you don't have to remove the upper bench seat to install the lap belts. Next time I'm out in the car, I'll pop the seat bottom out and shoot you some pictures, unless (hopefully) someone beats me to it

Brian, here are some pictures of my rear seat lap belts:

I popped up the seat bottom and took away the insulation to show where the bolts are. Note that I put in three sets of belts- same number of holes and bolts, just anticipating more grandkids!

Regarding your question about removing the rear seat back, you have to take off this trim piece bracket on both sides to access the bolts that hold it in place.

Hope this helps.
